Lieutenant Michael Arroyo is responsible for many of the day-to-day operations of the police department, overseeing the Patrol Division, Traffic Division and vehicle fleet. Additionally, Lt. Arroyo is responsible for police equipment, crossing guards, police matrons and scheduling. He is also the primary contact for outside contractors looking to schedule utility or roadway repairs and serves as the Grand Jury Liaison to Morris County Superior Court.
