Captain William Hamilton is responsible for many of the administrative and investigative functions of the police department. He oversees the Detective Bureau, Records Bureau, OPRA / Discovery, Professional Standards / Internal Affairs Unit, the department’s accreditation process, standard operating procedures, NJDARM, Annual Reporting, and Public Information.
